  1. 1. If any family changes his abode from one house to another on a Saturday it is said to be very unlucky as the old saying is "Saturday's flit is a short sit"
    2. The luckiest day for beginning any work such as ploughing, sowing or reaping are Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
    3. The borrowing days are the first three days of April. March had to borrow three days from April to skin the old cow. These days are sometimes called "The days of the old cow"
