    An owl is seen on the 28th of October every year in the corn mill in Arva...

    An owl is seen on the 28th of October every year in the corn mill in Arva. It starts at half one and ends at a quarter to two. Old people around the district say that it a ghost in the form of an owl. It is uspposed to have come to the mill in the year 1927.
