  1. One November night Mickey Lynch was coming home from Kilkee.
    When he came near "Gleann a Phúca", the Púca appeared to him. "Are you tired" asked the Púca "I am" says Mickey.
    "Up with you on my back" said the Púca. Mickey did as he was told and off with the Púca running as fast as he could.
    He never stopped until he arrived at Baltard Castle.
    He went down into a little beach near the castle and there was a big hole there about sixty feet deep. This was called "Poll darm". "Keep your hold" says the Púca, and he began to jump in and out of the hole. Mickey was trembling fearing he would fall.
