  1. There is a treasure supposed to be hidden in Ballygobbin. A man named Kinsella dreamed about where it was and how he would get it. He was told in the dream he was not to speak till he would get it. One night he and two others went to unearth it. When they were digging for awhile one of them said "We have it". Before he had well said it thunder and lightening and heavy rain came and they had to run home. After that no more attempts were made to unearth it. The treasure consists of gold. It is connected with the fairies.
