    Nearest one to the school is only a few hundred yards away at the back of Jim Brown's ( a lone bachelor who at the moment 18-1-"37 is a candidate for General O'Duffy's Irish Brigade in Spain waiting to be called up) Jim's brother Joe cut down sloe trees on this Raheen. When Jim used go to bed he used hear fairies "batin" stakes down in the ground + he couldn't go asleep with the noise (related by the school children)
