  1. 2. My daddy told me the following story that he heard when he was a young boy from his father who lived in Woodfield (2 mls).
    A chap went out for cows one evening. A host of fairies' past by him. As they went along each one said "I'll go too." Before they all passed by, the boy got off the pass word, and he also said it, and with that he was raised up in the air, and went off with the fairies to a farmer's house. When they reached there, they went to the dairy door, and said the pass word, and passed one by one through the keyhole. The boy said the word too, and passed in along with them. They drank all the milk, and ate
