  1. Once upon a time two brothers lived in a little hut. Their names were Little Clause and Big Clause. Big Clause thought he was very rich because he had four horses and Little Clause had only one horse.
    Big Clause gave Little Clause the loan of his four horses to plough. When Little Clause saw anyone going to Church he would say "Gee up, my five horses". So Big Clause heard Little Clause say "Gee up, my five horses", and he said he would kill Little Clause's horse if he said it again
    So on the following Sunday Little Clause was ploughing again in the field, and he said,
