    the horses and told his master the strange story the Priest related to him regarding his father.
    Mr. Westby was enraged on hearing this, and invited the Priest to dinner a short time afterwards. When he went into the drawing room, Westby locked the door and took a revolver from his pocket, and declared he would shoot him if he did not certify there and then that his father was damned.
    The Priest kept as cool as he could and said, "Just a moment and I will certify it."
