    Local forge owned by Mr. Flannigan & by his father before home. Situated at the Cross Road on the roadside & a stream runs nearby. Smyth shoes horses and asses and makes farm implements. Wheels of carts are bound in the open air in front of the forge. Forge - water is believed to cure rheumatism.
