  1. A Story
    Larry Kelly went out for the cow in the month of September. It was a wild and windy evening. He sat under the ditch to light his pipe. When he had his pipe lit he got up and saw a light come a few yards away. He went to the door and knocked. No sooner had he knocked than the door flew open and he was taken off his feet and thrown on a loft opposite the fire. When he came to himself he looked down on the kitchen floor. There he beheld or saw a hundred and fifty mourning the loss of a relation. In the corner or hob at the fireside sat a woman that looked older than the rest. The clock struck twelve the light went out and the old woman in the corner said who will say the rosary.
