    he carried on a Public house business there. The old Barrick is owned by Doctor Gray is still there with one tenant living in it. It was the R.I.C. Barrack about forty years ago. It is now going to be reconstructed. There was water works got in the town this year, and the streets are being repaired and steam rolled. There are two dance halls in the town - one owned by Dr Gray and the other by Francis Mc Quade. There is a very poor Courthouse in it at Present owned by P Mc Quade is a thatched house.
    Pat Reilly built a new house in the town about 20 years ago.
    I heard this from Francis Sheridan, aged 84 years.
