  1. Many herbs and weeds grow in this country. Some of those plants do a great deal of harm to the soil and to other plants. The chick weed grows in every kind of land and it spreads rapidly. The Dockets grow in good land and they choke the other plants. The Buachalan grows in good land and it chokes other plants. Robin-run-the-hedge grows in low land and spreads rapidly. The Thistle grows in good land and spreads very rapidly. Nettles grow in all sorts of land. Scutch-grass in rich land and spreads very rapidly. It chokes other plants. Black head grows in low marshy land. Prasha grows in good land and chokes other plants. Speery grows in good land and chokes other plants.
    There are cures made from weeds and herbs. Garlic is a cure for ring worm. House leek is a cure for a swelling. If you eat boiled nettles in Spring you will be free from sickness during the year. The juice of Robin-run-the-hedge is a cure for a cut. Put an
