it is coming on too slowly we put hot water in it and if it is coming too quickly we put cold water in it. There is a hole and a plug in the churn and when the milk is churned we take out the plug and put the butter-milk in a crock and then wash the butter in the churn to take off the butter-milk; then we take out the butter with the butter spoons and put it on a butter-board. Then we put salt in it and make it into rolls.
