There is also a rhyme about the days of the week.
    "Monday for health,
    Tuesday for wealth,
Wednesday the best day of all,
    Thursday for losses,
    Friday for crosses,
    Saturday no luck at all."
It is considered unlucky for a bride to survey herself in the glass when she is fully dressed going out to be married. A girl should never fit on her wedding ring before she is married.
