    there is a hill called Cre crann. It is so called because long ago there was an old tree there and it was the cre crann and name still remains on the hill.
    The bush-field.
    This field is in burrow and a bush used to grow in the middle of it. There is a small trace at the butt of tree, which is still to be seen.
    Loughan.
    It is so called because there used to be a small lake in it. The name Loughan it is still the name of the townland but the lake is not to be seen.
