    The saying is:-
    Saturdays flitting makes a short sitting.
    It is said if you met a white horse on a Thursday it is unlucky.
    If a person was going to get married he should get married on a Wednesday as it is a lucky day.
    The butcher never killed a beast on Good Friday.
