    Dirt out of a cut:
    Mix bread and water together and put it on as a poultice.
    For colds.
    Boil flaxseed and sugarycandy and liquorice together.
    And another thing for a cold is to boil buttermilk and butter together.
    For purifying your blood:
    Boil nettles in Spring and it is very good.
    For sprain or swelling:
    Get Goose-Grease and rub it to the sprain or swelling.
