  1. The are four graveyards in the parish.
    Athboy graveyard where both protestants and catholics are buried, The New cemetery, The Rathmore churchyard and The Hill of Ward graveyard.
    The Athboy churchyard is situated in Athboy town.
    The Athboy New cemetery is situated in the townland of Martinstown.
    The Rathmore graveyard is situated in the townland of Rathmore.
    the Hill of Ward graveyard is situated at the Hill of Ward.
    They are all still in use.
    None of the graveyards are round in shape.
    There is a church in ruins in all of them, except in the New Cemetery.
    There are disused graveyards in the townland of Ballyboy and Causestown.
