  1. There was a man living here and he stole the list of the dead. The priest came riding on a white steed. He arrived at the house and the horse galloped up the steps which lead to the hall door. The mark of one of his hooves is on the step yet, It cannot be banished. New steps were placed there and the mark appeared on the new steps. The same priest had a dog with him when he visited the house. The marks of the dog's paws are on the stairs and these cannot be removed.
