    once Irish. this is the reminder in some parts of this district we have some strange names, they are strange to the people who do not know Irish, but to the man who has a fair knowledge of Irish it is just ordinary. Some of those names are very old, and it is very hard to translate them into English.
    2. In the town-land of the Cluid there is a place called the "Poll Mor". This hole was said to be used for killing bad people.
