    great standing stones. The local legend says that they were thrown by Fionn Mac Cumhail and another great giant in a test from the top of Sliab Feidh.
    It is said that they both followed the stone then. They both claimed then they threw the furthest stone and in the end they fought over it.
    The legend thens says that Fionn slain the other warrior and buried him in a mound some distance away from the stones.
    There is a story told that a farmer once took some of the soil to put on the fields, and his horses and cows ans sheep
