  2. 1. This is the season for planting the 'spuds' (potatoes). First of all we dig the garden and weed it. Then we open the drills. If the seeds are big we cut them in two.
    2. The seed are left out in the sun to dry if they are wet. When the drills are open the manure is put in. Then the seeds are planted and lime is shook over them.
