My great grand father often saw him to put two chairs together and put a piece of board across them. Then he would take four stone in each hand and he would jump over the board without touching it. There was no tea that time and the man used have wheaten bread and milk for his breakfast, potatoes salt and butter milk for his dinner and stampy for his supper.
