  1. Scalds and burns are cured by applying the white of an egg, which will prevent blistering.
    The cure for a corn, which is very simple, is to tie a peice of bacon on to the corn. A cure for a wart is to rub a black snail on the wart, stick the snail on a thorn, and when the snail withers away, the wart will drop out.
