  1. There are a great many cures which a doctor does not sell. Herbs are the most popular, wild ones and a great many that grow in gardens.
    People say that if a dog licks a sore it will get better
    In Ireland people go to wells and believe if they drink or put the sore in the water it will get better.
    I sprained my ankle and a man told me to sit down and get a jug of cold water and hold it high over my ankle and let the water drip slowly on it and it cured it in two days.
    A local cure for ring-worm is tobacco ashes.
    There is a well known cure around Clonmel for boils made
