  1. Many people believe, when they are ill or something is wrong with them, in not going to a doctor for treatment but to go to some local person who has a cure for their ailment.
    Some of these local cures consist of a bottle or ointment made up of different kinds of herbs. I know a woman who has a cure for burns and scalds she makes an ointment with kidney suet and herbs and it has to be applied to the burn.
