    got his gun and made bullets out of an old metal pot. Ealy was crossing the fields one day when James Delany Junior shot off his right arm. A man named John Lupton came upon the scene but was unable to stop the blood and Ealy died.
    That night the police went Jim had not arrived home after shooting. The policeman had a small cap with him which he had found near the dead man's body.
