  2. A plant which grows very plentifully is the dockleaf. It grows on rich land, and destroy it.
    The red clover and white clover grow on rich land. When you see them in land it is a sign the land is rich.
    The little man's hearb is a cure for boils. It grows on rich land.
    The chicken-weed grows in gardens. It is a cure for blisters. With potatoes it grows. If you fry it in lard and rub it to the blister it will cure it in a couple of days.
