    Easter water.
    On Easter Sunday we eat a lot of eggs.
    On May Day we shake Easter water on the house and land and animals.
    On St Martins day we spill blood inside the door in honour of St Martin
    On little Christmas night we light candles.
    Hallowe'en is on the 31st of October. Young and old are waiting for that night.
    On that night many games are played. First an apple is placed from the roof of the house and the people must catch it in their mouths without touching it with their hands.
    Another game is also played by putting a tub of water on the middle of the floor and an apple is put in it and the apple must be got by someone putting his head down in the tub and bringing it up in his mouth.
    At the tea a cake with a ring in it is laid down and whoever gets the ring is to be married first.
