    Nearly on every road there are fairy forts of some kind such as Lisboney, Lismore, Rathmartin and Rathnaleen.

    It is said that people named Banglens were one day gathering sticks in the fort of Rathnaleen. and were caught by fairies. These people are living yet in Grange about a mile and a half outside Nenagh.
    Near Tullaheady it was said that a farmer named Mr. Kane was going to see his crops in a field where there was a fort. It was said of anyone who went into this fort that something would happen his family. One day the man was going to his field and went through the fort. That
