    There are various "fairy forts" in my school district.

    There are various "fairy forts" in my school district. They are known by different names, such as lis, fort, ring and rath. Some of them are as follows - Rathmartin which got its name from a man named Martin who was killed there. Rathurles which means a strong fort, it derives its name from a great fort or rath Lismore and Lissenhall.
