    The eye-well was covered in by a Protestant-Minister some seventy years ago.

    (c) The eye-well was covered in by a Protestant minister some seventy years ago. The well changed its situation and sprung up nearer to the Shannon, where we see it at present. Formerly, it was beside an ash tree in the same field.
