    Took one of the hurleys and ran back to the side of the ditch again, and sat on the top of the hurley.
    The boy with the red cap came with another armful of hurleys and he left them where he left the other hurleys.
    The North, and South were to hurl against each other. There were to be two live men hurling, one live man at each (?) side and one of the live men should give the other live man three falls before the match would be won.
