  1. Three meals a day in older times. (Breakfast, dinner, supper)
    Breakfast at 7 in morning, dinner 12 o'clock, supper at 7 in evening.
    People worked in morning before food. Potatoes for breakfast, potatoes for dinner & potatoes for supper. They drank skim milk with the potatoes. IN centre of floor table was placed & people eat around it.
    Very little bread was eaten. Meat was eaten only on Sundays. Salt meat was generally used and cabbage. They had no fish.
    People did not eat late at night. Many eggs were eaten on Easter Sunday.
    Often stirabout was given for breakfast.
