  1. There is a ruined castle in the school district. The Geraldines built it. It is in the townland of Tullovin, in the parish of Banogue, in the barony of Cusma in County Limerick.
    There is a ruined church in the parish. Mass was said there long ago. It was a thatched church and it fell. There are very little traces of it now.
