    dancing so he resolved to enter it.
    When he went he heard fairie playing music. This stopped and he was surrounded by men each about three feet high having a big stick with a knob on the end. They started beating him with the sticks and did not stop until they had put a big hump on his back which remained on him ever after. They warned him, not to be out so late ever again. When the fairies were done with him he fell in a weakness. His friends went looking for him in the morning. They found him in the fort and took him home.
