- The Teampull is a high hill stretching from a cliff over a rocky strand between Guileen and Roches' Points.
It is said that in Penal times, the priests had a special flat rock at the bottom of the cliff unseen from the surrounding district which is know as the "Mass Rock". When Mass was to be said the news would be secretly spread so as the people hear Mass.
There was a person to watch the coming of when the Mass was on. When danger was near the priest took the sacred things and hid in secret underground passages.
The cliffs at this point are very high and it is very hard to climb down to the "Mass Rock".- Faisnéiseoir
