  1. When you wake in the morning say:-
O my God I thank thee for having preserved me through the dangers of the past night. Do thou O infinite Goodness and adorable mercy preserve me through the dangers of the coming day. Free at least from the guilt of mortal sin and free from falling victim to Satan and my own corrupt inclinations. O My God I adore love praise and magnify thy Holy and adorable name now and forever more.
When you are dressing yourself say:-
O my God clothe my soul with the Nuptial Robe of Charity and grant that I may wear it pure and undefiled before thy judgement seat.
    Prayer to your guardian angel
O Angel of God my guardian dear,
To whom his care commits me here,
Ever this day be at my side
To rule and guard to read and guide.
