    The local story connected with the robin is the story of Our Saviour, but sometime we hear of a different story about the robin's red breast.
    I heard this story from Mr. T Burke, Dreenlomane. "Once a hunter lived in the far north where roamed the White Bear. The hunter had a robin as companion and gave him bits of bread. Now, there was only one fire in the whole place, which was
