    There is gold supposed to be hidden in Ballyglass. There was no attempt made to get it. It is thought that Leprachans guard it. There are lights seen at night in the fields which are called will of the wisp.
    There is a pot of gold hidden in Glanure Tubery Connor at the back of Mike Fallons near the top of the hill, once there was a man walking along, he saw the pot of gold. He stopped to take it up when he looked behind him it was gone.
    There is supposed to be a pot of gold hidden in the castle of Ballagh. No attempt has ever been made to unearth it. There are a lot of lights sen in Lough Fuinshinagh at night. They go across to High Bog and on to the Shannon.
    Another pot of gold is hidden in "Leabaí Diarmuid" on the side of Sioe Feir in Peter Egan's field in Sregg. There is a serpent minding it. One time a man dreamed about it three times. The next morning he went digging for it. Last year when men were digging the hill they say they got some money. Lord Crofton is supposed to have got a pot of gold. Gold is supposed to have been hidden in Charley Mee's field next the graveyard in Four roads.
