  1. Mooneenbeg
I live in the townland of Mooneenbeg and the parish I live in is the parish of Kilglass and the barony of Ballintubber North. There are nine houses in the townland of Mooneenbeg. The population is 48 people. The houses are all covered with thatch except one and that is our house, it is a two story house as it was built in the year 1923.
There are three old people in it viz. Mr P Tully senior, Mr. J. Robinson, senior , Mrs Mullark. Mooneenbeg got its name because the land around it is soft and boggy.
