This man did a good trade, because his work was liked by everyone, and all the people bought his ropes. - There was a simple industry known as nail-making carried on in the townland of Lavagh some fifty years ago. The man who made these nails was named Harvey and he carried on his work in a house - a barn now - at the crossroads convenient to Carnadoe Creamery.
