    10.. 1.. 1939.
    If the moon and stars grow dim, and a circle from around the moon rain is expected.
    If the sun is whitish at setting or goes down into a bank of clouds in the horizon bad weather will follow.
    When the moon is red it is a sign of wind, when it is pale or dim rain is coming.
    Red clouds in the west at sunset indicate fine weather
    In fine weather the fine dust is on the road.
