  1. In my home district there are many fairy forts. They are called raths .Ballinahemmy and Coolagh are the townslands they are in.Trees are in circles around some of them, and they are round. Walls are around more of them and they are square. These are tunnels under all of them.Fairies live in the fairy forts.The Danes build them,to save themselves. There is often music heard in them,and lights seen in them, These are fairies in the fairy forts.
