  1. The "Bridge Field." Is on Patrick O'Rourke's farm in Treagh, Co. Louth. It is so called because a bridge is on one side of the field.
    "Terence's field" This field is also on O'Rourke's farm, it is named Terence's field because a man whose surname was Terence owned it.
    "Patrick's Field." Is on our farm in Carrickakelly, Inniskeen, Co. Monaghan. It is called "Patrick's Field," because a man named Patrick Brady, owned it.
    "John's field." Is also on our farm. It is called "John's Field," because a man named John Hanratty owned it.
