- (continued from previous page)There were two men in this district. Their names were James Callaghan, and Owen Rodgers, Lannett, Inniskeen, Co. Monaghan. Own could make churns, and tubs, and James could only make churns. Owen got the most trade because of his extra skill.
- Owen Connolly, of Drumnagrella, inniskeen, Co. Monaghan, was a noted thatcher. He could thatch one side of a house twenty - eight feet by twelve feet broad, in a day.
