In the year eighteen hundred and ninety four there lived a man named Laurance Fee of Lannet, Inniskeen, Co. Monaghan. He was known as a famous mower. In the olden times the people used to mow the hay with hooks. There was no such thing as hayseed taken off hay at that time. The mowing would be going on for three months. The neighbours would wait on him to cut the hay and he taught a lot of other people how to mow. He could mow an acre in one day. (no title)
