    Sun.
    When the sun goes down in a ball of fire it is the sign of good weather.
    When we have a scattered sunset it is a sign of rain.
    Moon.
    If the moon appears soon after been born it denotes rain.
    If there is a circle round the moon it denotes rain. If the circle is wide it denotes rain immediately. If the circle is narrow it denotes rain but not immediately
    Stars.
    A starry sky is the sign of frost.
    If the stars are falling it denotes rain.
    Clouds.
    If the sky is filled with dark clouds it denotes rain
    If there are white fleecy clouds in the sky it denotes storm.
    rainbow.
    A rainbow in the sky denotes showery
