    Borrowed horses have hard hooves.
    Satan always finds some work for idle hands to do.

    An empty (child) sack won't stand alone.
    You never miss the water till the well runs dry.
    If one gets the name of an early riser, they may sleep until dinner time.
    Many hands make light work.
    The older the fiddle the sweeter tune.
    Where there is life there is hope.
    Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. Late to bed and late to rise, makes a man begging before he dies.
    Do not put off till tomorrow what you can do today.
    Make the hay while the sun shines.
    What is the use of refining when everything is spent and away, tomorrow the sun may be shining, although it looks cloudy today.
