One man saw him one night and went to attack him, but the white man drew out a big stick from inside his coat and hit the man on the let and broke it, and he was lame for life. He is dead now, about a month or two ago. The Tinkers had their camp there, but they saw the ghost and left it. It is on the land of Mr. Mc Enery.
